Photo and video packages that sell the part of the property a ground shot cannot show: waterfront, dockage, lot lines, acreage. Edited stills sized for MLS, print and social, delivered in 24–48 hours — with written owner consent handled on every shoot (FL §934.50), and neighboring homes kept out of frame, in writing.
Packages: Standard Listing (sub-$2M) $305 · Ocean-Access Route $550 · Large-Lot / Acreage $600 · Estate Aerial ($5M+, twilight incl.) $1,200 · lot-line overlay +$50. Full license to you and your brokerage.
Same flight lines, same angles, every visit — so month four overlays month three and the sequence reads as progress, not twelve unrelated photo sets. Edited stills plus a short cut for the owner update, in a shared archive, same-week delivery. We handle LAANC airspace authorization and screen every path against FL §330.41 — that exposure is ours to manage.
Programs (per site): Weekly — 4 flights/mo, $1,200 ($300/flight) · Monthly — $400 · Single visit or milestone — $500.
You're booking the day: crew, aircraft, batteries, and the edit. Openings, regattas, tournaments, festivals — the establishing shot and the crowd energy, delivered ready to post while people are still talking about it.
Deliverables: edited highlight set · social-ready clips · full files yours · one flat day rate
Pressure-cleaning from the air — facades, high glass, and surfaces a lift can't reach economically. Flown with our cleaning partners: we scope the job together and you get one written quote from us, so there's one point of contact and one number.
How it works: tell us the building and surfaces · we scope with our partners · one written quote, usually within one business day
See heat instead of guessing: roof moisture, failing solar panels, leak sources. Launching as a complete product with certified interpretation — waitlist members schedule first.
Status: coming soon · pricing published at launch
Your written quote is the number, confirmed before any flight — weather moves flights, never prices. Rush under 24 hours: +25% where airspace allows. Travel is included everywhere in our Miami–Orlando corridor — both metros and the whole route between. Outside the corridor: $1.50/mile round trip for the miles past 50 from our nearest base. The Miami Beach film permit and required off-duty officer are billed at cost with the invoice attached, never marked up. Zero-ceiling airspace grids require manual FAA authorization: $150 handling and real lead time (budget up to 60 days).
